i purchased this to wear to a graduation and built my ENTIRE outfit around this shirt. i loved the colors and the print on the back! when the package arrived, i opened it immediately but to my surprise it was NOT as pictured. the colors are NOT as pictured. it's labeled as tan and looks like a khaki color in the photos but it's actually very much darker in person. the "howard" on the front and the "mecca" on the back are a very bright orange red- nothing like the photo. there is also a nice sized black patch with the company label on the front bottom corner that is NOT included in the display pictures. the only thing that actually looks like what was sold is the white and navy blue lettering. i was sick (upset) for days after opening it trying to tell myself "i can make it work" but it really is not like the photos. needless to say, i am not able to wear it to the graduation as it does NOT work and i had to proceed to find another shirt to match my outfit as it would be cheaper than finding/buying new pieces to match this, when i thought that is what i was doing in the first place. color me truly upset.

While I must confess this is my first piece of TSU paraphernalia after 31 years with Tennessee State, it was worth the wait and my sweatshirt is amazing! Well made with great attention to detail and the type of cozy I like in my sweatshirts. True to size and thick enough to sustain me even on a day dipping into the low 40’s without an additional layer underneath. I have no regrets for the wait. I can’t wait to try out other designs!
