All of our of garments are unisex, unless otherwise specified. Please refer to the sizing chart prior to placing an order. Unisex sizes run a size larger than women’s sizing. We typically suggest sizing down if a fitted look is desired.

Processing & Shipping
Majority of our items are made-to-order. Orders are processed within 5 – 7 business days
*with the exception of Custom Orders, see below for custom processing times
Standard Shipping: Standard shipping is typically the default checkout setting. Your item(s) are expected to be delivered within 3–5 business days after the items have been shipped and picked up by the delivery carrier. Spend $100 or more and receive free standard shipping.
Priority Shipping: Your item(s) are expected to be delivered within 1-3 business days after the items have been shipped and picked up by the delivery carrier.
Please note: Business days don’t typically include weekends; however, Saturday deliveries may occur in select ZIP codes. Holidays and inclement weather may cause a delay in delivery. Black & Scholared does not assume responsibility for packages once they are processed into the USPS or UPS system. If your package is lost in transit, please contact the provided carrier with your tracking information.
Processing Times for Custom Orders
Custom items are made-to-order. Please allow up to 7-14 business days for processing. If your order is needed by a specific date, please enter those details in the checkout notes and we will do our best to accommodate.
Returns & Refunds
Due to the custom and made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns. Each order is made on-demand at the time of purchase. Please be sure to reference the included size chart prior to ordering or reach out to us via email at email@example.com with any questions.
Custom & Sale Items - Non-Returnable
Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) cannot be returned. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges - Sizing
We do not exchange for sizing. Please check the unisex size conversion before making a purchase. Unisex sizes run a size larger than women’s sizing. We typically suggest sizing down for a more fitted look.
Exchanges - Damages & Defective Items
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and rectify.
To be eligible for an exchange, send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days of your order date. Upon receipt of your email, we will respond accordingly and make sure your replacement is sent out.
